Weight-loss Tip of the Day #352.
Try to eat as healthy as possible between now and Christmas.
I realize it's just a week until Christmas, but every little bit helps. Also if you eat healthy between now and Christmas you can feel better about splurging a little more on Christmas Day. Hopefully you can lose a couple of pounds between now and then to cover any weight you might gain during the Holidays.
