While finishing up your Christmas shopping; try eating Soup or Salad for a power lunch.
Soup or Salad will give you some good nourishment; without adding a lot of calories. If you're shopping where it's cold outside; Soup is a good choice. It will help warm you up and give you energy; too. If you're shopping where it's warm outside; Salad might be a good choice, for you. It will give you some good nourishment and energy, without warming you up. Whatever you choose, eat a light lunch, that is high in nutrients.
