Weight-loss Tip of the Day #365.
Eat a lite Breakfast and Lunch today.
Since this is New Years Eve you may be eating a nice meal this evening; so try to eat lite during the day. This way you won't have to feel guilty about enjoying your New Years Eve meal. At the same time you don't have to overdo on your eating for the evening; either. All things in moderation is the best advice.
Unless I change my mind this is the last post for this blog; at least in this form. I really want to continue blogging, but I will probably change the format. Keep an eye out for my updates. Thanks!
