A blog about my weight loss journey. With a diet I got from a dietition. Along with recipes, a lot I've written or redone myself, for my diet. Also the style of the diet I created myself, to help me not give up. The Grace part is all about, if you mess up, don't quit or beat yourself up, just keep moving forward. It makes it a lot easier for me to lose weight this way and I believe it will, for others, too.

Weight-loss Tip of the Day #349.
At your Holiday Dinner try making the healthiest foods your main course.
Eat the Fruit and Vegetable dishes in larger portions and the Meat and Starchier dishes in smaller portions. Also go real easy on the sweets.
