Weight-loss Tip of the Day #350.
Start your day eating something healthy and try to stay on that track all day long.
Sometimes when you start the day eating a certain way it's easier to eat that way all day. This seams to work the healthy way and the not so healthy way; too. If you get on a track eating healthy it will probably be easier to eat healthy the rest of the day. I think you can turn it into a habit eventually; too. Try doing this everyday for a week or so and maybe you can turn it into a lifestyle.
