A blog about my weight loss journey. With a diet I got from a dietition. Along with recipes, a lot I've written or redone myself, for my diet. Also the style of the diet I created myself, to help me not give up. The Grace part is all about, if you mess up, don't quit or beat yourself up, just keep moving forward. It makes it a lot easier for me to lose weight this way and I believe it will, for others, too.

Weight-loss Tip of the Day #360.
If you gained a little weight over the Holidays start now getting it off.
If you gain a few pounds the best thing to do is to lose it right away. That way you won't keep it on and your weight won't keep going up.
