Weight-loss Tip of the Day #361.
Go easy on all the yummy left-over desserts.
You very likely have some left-over sweets from Christmas. It's probably alright to eat some of these as long as you don't overdo. Just eat a little at a time and not too much in one day. They won't last very long and you can avoid them for quite a while after they're gone. So enjoy your left-over sweets  and share them a lot. That way no one person has to eat a lot of them at a time.
