Find what works best for you to lose weight.
Maybe this should have been one of the first weight-loss tips; but I just thought of it. This tip is, whatever is healthy; of course. We are all different and should know what is healthy for us. Some of us might choose to be vegetarian or vegan; while that may not be the choice of others. Just pick something good and healthy for you and try it at least long enough to see how it works.
