When eating the holiday- left overs try to concentrate on the lean meat, vegetables and fruit.
These are the best left- overs to indulge in. They are lower in calories and fat than some of the other Christmas left- overs. Also they have more nutrients than some of them do. This can help you get back on track with your healthy eating.
